Estate Sale:
First things first. We schedule a free consultation where we walk through the property together and review our process, fees, contract, and a potential sale date.
Property Sale:
As licensed realtors, we prepare and list your home on the MLS and all major social media platforms. Choosing our team for both the estate and property sale streamlines communication and simplifies the entire process.
Auction:
If you have high-end or designer art, jewelry, clothing, handbags, etc., we can place them with a reputable auction house to help you secure a higher return.

Consignment:
If any items remain after the estate sale, we can arrange to have them consigned for a set period of time.
Clean-Out:
After the estate sale, the home will need to be prepped for the market. We can coordinate cleaning, moving, yard maintenance, painting, and more to ensure it makes a strong first impression—and to keep the process effortless for you.
How you get paid:
The Friday after the sale, you’ll receive a check along with a printed breakdown of all sales and your net profit.
